Returning Your Order

Returning is easy! You can return new and unopened items in 14 days from the date of receiving your parcel.

We will pay SHIPPING COST Canada-wide when returning any item!

First please check out our return policy to ensure that your item qualifies for a return.

Then, please send an email to RMA@eshoplighting.com with the following information:

  1. Order Number
  2. Item to be returned
  3. Reason for return

Once your return been approved, our customer service team will send you a RMA number and a pre-paid shipping label.
Once your return has been received by us, please allow up to 5-10 business days to inspect and process the refund.

 

 

Return Policy

You can initiate a return for any new and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 30 days of delivery. We inspect all returned items and award a partial refund for opened or used products minus 15% restocking fee. If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.

If you initiate a return after 30 days, eshoplighting.com may issue a partial refund depending on elapsed time and condition of merchandise.
Return Policy Rules and Exceptions

  • Non-Returnable Items
  • Any item specifically marked as Non-Returnable or Final Sale on the product page will not be accepted for returns.
  • Any item was installed or used will not be accepted for return or non-returnable. Except defect of the item due to manufactory.
  • Any item was damaged during installation process will not be accepted for returned.

 

  • If the whole order is returned, you will receive a full refund plus shipping cost based on the returned items are un-opened and un-used items and in the original conditions. If only part of the order is returned, you will receive a refund for the item being returned only and shipping cost for the item.

 

  • We provide RSL (prepaid return shipping label) to confirmed item(s) which is authorized by our customer service. Items must be returned within 10 days after the RSL is issued. If the RSL is not used within the 10 days after it was issued, we are not responsible to provide a new RSL; customers will be responsible for the shipping cost.

 

  • Products Returned After 30 Days
    Because products decrease in value over time, we offer partial refunds for items returned more than 30 days after delivery. In addition, we may reduce the refund further based on the condition of the merchandise. We also deduct the original and return shipping charges from your refund, as described in the Returns Policy.

 

  • Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error
    Defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received may be returned without penalty. Your shipping charges will be waived. When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and issue you a refund. If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.

 

Exchanges and Replacements

At this time, we are unable to process exchanges or replacements for international orders. If you wish to make an exchange or need a replacement, you must return the original item back to us and place a new order for a replacement item. For assistance, please contact us.
